2021-22 AT A GLANCE
1. Basic Fundamental and Technical Analysis of the Stock Market
The society organised an informative webinar on "Basic Fundamental and Technical Analysis of the Stock Market" delivered by Mr Chinmay Das (equity analyst at Finlatics, experienced Engagement Manager and Financial Advisor for Mutual Funds). The webinar was held on 14th August, 2021 and was attended by a variety of students from different courses, colleges and backgrounds. Also in attendance were the esteemed faculty Dr S Venkat Kumar (Vice Principal), Dr Mamta Arora (Convener), Dr Shruti Mathur (Teacher incharge), amongst others, who made the event a grand success.
2. DEFEND THE SCAM
The teams were asked to defend the people associated with scams allotted to them such as Kingfisher Scam, Nirav Modi Scam, Bofors Scam, etc.
All the teams provided defense on their allotted scams after which they were all asked questions relating to the scam which they had to wittily answer.
On the basis of various judging parameters, the winners were:
1) Madhav Raj Garg and Charush Kumar
2)Vishrut Mehta and Sujit Ray
3)Chirag Gupta and Aditya Doomra
3. FINANCE JAM
Participants were required to speak on various financial and business topics allotted to them.
They were allotted a minute to speak on the same.
Participants were judged upon their financial acumen, confidence, and promptness.
Participants were also encouraged to ask questions from other participants.
4. FIN-CROSSWORD PUZZLE
The Bluechip- Finance and Investment Cell of Sri Venkateswara College presents Finance Crossword.
It will be a fun puzzle which will test your basic financial knowledge as well as your awareness about the latest happenings around the world.
Participants will be given a maximum of 25 minutes to solve 20 clues and complete the crossword.
5. BINGO
As the fourth event in our lineup for KAIZEN, The Bluechip- Finance and Investment Cell of Sri Venkateswara College presents the BINGO.
Hope you all know how to play BINGO! 25 questions will be given in an interval of 1minute. The first one to do a BINGO wins!
6. MUSICAL MUSE
The Bluechip- Finance and Investment Cell of Sri Venkateswara College presents Musical Muse.
It will be a short and crisp one-hour musical humming sesh where melodious singers: Anant Goyal, Nimit, Rijul, Vaishnavi, Subham Mandal will be performing and making this event a special memory for us!
